Our techniques aim to alleviate muscle soreness, enhance flexibility, and de-stress the body by teaching your body how to recover effectively and rebuild stronger so you can comfortably stay consistent.
Behind the Logo

The square represents our four core pillars: strength, endurance, recovery, and nutrition. These aren’t just training principles, they’re the foundation of a balanced, pain-free, and sustainable lifestyle. Each one supports the other and when all four work together, your body moves, feels, and performs at its best.
At the center sits the circle, the endless loop of growth and self-improvement. It symbolizes the journey you’re on, the one without shortcuts or finish lines, where progress is personal and purpose-driven. Every rep, every stretch, every mindful recovery session brings you closer to unlocking the power within yourself.
This is what Five Points is all about: helping you move better, feel better, and live stronger — one step, one session, one moment at a time.
About Five Points Strength & Movement’s Founder
Keith Santoro, a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM), founded Five Points in 2019 after years of experience training clients at private and public gyms across New York as well as in-home sessions, corporate and group classes, and wellness consultations for optimal health. Keith built Five Points with a vision: to merge rehabilitation, performance, movement education, and community in one gym. His hands-on, science-driven approach ensures that every client receives the same level of professional care, whether they’re recovering from injury or training for peak performance. Keith lives with his handsome french bulldog, Alfredo, and has a deep eternal love for pizza.
Keith holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Studies with additional certification as a Personal Trainer, Pain-Free Performance Specialist, Compound Performance and Rehab Body Tempering Trainer, and Neuro-Functional R.O.M. Specialist.
